Meet chef Alexis Torres, founder of Naakary.

This project began in 2021, with the aim of making dinners with ingredients from the garden to the table, having a healthier meal, free of chemicals.

He began his seed harvesting and preservation project.

Meet chef Roxana Prieto. In charge of the pastry area. Use the ingredients provided by their gardens to create incredible dishes with seasonal products. It gives another concept to what we know as dessert.
